SpIN Eco-Spirit to recognize Carol Spooner

The Board of Trustees of the Spirit in Nature Paths in Ripton have announced that the 2023 Eco-Spirit Award will be presented to Carol Spooner, founding member of SpIN, at the SpIN Annual Meeting.
