Bixby Library free library cards available

September is National Library Card Sign-up Month so the Bixby Memorial Free Library is celebrating by inviting residents of Addison, Ferrisburgh, Panton, Vergennes, and Waltham to sign-up for a free library card to take advantage of all that the library has to offer.
