College Recycling Center re-opens with clothes, appliances and more

ON OPENING DAY of the Middlebury College Recycling Center this month, Middlebury students, staff and faculty sort through boxes of clothes that have been discarded by departing students at the end of previous school years.

Ever wonder where all the extra stuff college students leave behind goes? Well, look no further than Middlebury College’s recycling center, which sits off Route 125 just beyond the college’s Ridgeline parking lot.
