Longtime Bristol pastor returns to Bennington

BILL ELWELL BEGAN his work in ministry 23 years ago after almost losing his life in a fire. Since then, he has served as a Methodist pastor in multiple Vermont and New York churches, most recently serving at the Bristol Federated Church, where he served for 14 years before formally ending his time there on June 19.
