Northlands Job Corps on the upswing

When Kentucky firm Education & Training Resources took over Northlands Job Corps in 2018, the once high-performing vocational training center overseen by the U.S. Department of Labor had slid to the bottom of the DOL’s rankings of the 117 such centers nationwide.
