Water district makes case for share of Vergennes ARPA funding

The Vergennes City Council should consider awarding half of its roughly $750,000 American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to the Vergennes-Panton Water District, district officials told councilors at their Oct. 12 meeting.
