MONKTON — It was the wish of Roger Layn, who died Oct. 5, 2020, that once he was gone, family and friends would gather to tell jokes, shoot the breeze, and have a good time. Join us for an informal gathering on Saturday, Sept. 18, at the Monkton Fire House, 3747 States Prison Hollow Road, from  2-4 p.m., to honor Roger.
