Ralph Myhre golfers active at other courses
MIDDLEBURY — Ralph Myhre Golf Course members on Aug. 10 competed in two tournaments at other courses.
Faring best was Eric Bergland at the VGA State Day at Fox Run Golf Club — Bergland finished with the second-best net score in Flight A.
Also competing at Fox Run on Aug. 10 were Tom Maxwell, Third Place Gross in the Forward Tee Flight; Jim Rubright, Fourth Place Gross in the Forward Tee Flight; and Bob Best, Seventh Place Net in the Forward Tee Flight.
Four members also competed at the same time in the VSWGA State Day at Lake St. Catherine Country Club.
In Flight 2 Eva Mastalos earned Seventh Place Gross, while Nicole LaBerge and Giselle Lafleche finished in a tie for Third Place Net in the same flight.
In Flight 3, Eileen Sims finished with Fifth Place Gross.
In regular weekly action, the team of Hogan Beazley and Dayton Contois shot the low gross score in Wednesday Evening 4 Ball on Aug. 11, edging the duo of Lucas Politano and Mia Politano.
Steve Nardell and Brian Dodds were the low net winners, with Doc Seubert and Sue Rand in second.
In Bill Davidson Thursday Men’s Golf on Aug. 12, first place went to the foursome of Tom Maxwell, Tom McGinn, George Ramsayer and Dayton Wakefield.
In the next day’s Friday Evening Mixer, the quartet of Joan Guertin, John Emilo, Dale White and Jill Jesso-White prevailed.
