Salisbury’s ice cream social moves to the lawn
Salisbury’s Ice Cream Social is back for the 46th year with this annual Fourth of July tradition. The 2021 version will be held at the Salisbury Church from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday. However, since the church is replacing its heating system, the lower level social space and kitchen will not be available. Not to worry. The event is simply moving outdoors to a tent on the Meetinghouse lawn. Stop by to enjoy generous servings of ice cream and toppings for sundaes and cones under festive holiday decorations, and the opportunities to eat, meet and visit with friends. Prices by donation, with proceeds to benefit the Vermont Food Bank.
