Foster-Provencher joins Champlain Valley Properties

HEATHER FOSTER-PROVENCHER

MIDDLEBURY — Champlain Valley Properties and Nancy Foster, who is its owner and head broker, has announced that Heather Foster-Provencher is joining their team as a Licensed Real Estate Agent.  Foster-Provencher, who is Nancy Foster’s daughter, not only grew up in Middlebury but was surrounded by the Real Estate industry for the majority of her life as Nancy went to work in Real Estate when Heather was young. Heather is a graduate of MUHS and the School of Business at the University of Vermont with a degree in Finance and minor in Marketing.
Heather moved back to Middlebury in 1999 after spending 6-plus years working in Boston. She returned to Vermont, and joined the ownership team of Foster Brothers Farm Inc. and Vermont Natural Ag. Products Inc., where she worked until last fall. She renovated an old home in Weybridge when she moved back and currently resides there with her husband, Larry (Beannie) Provencher. She has two stepchildren, Tyler and Krisandra Provencher. She is and has been an active member of our community and is very excited to be starting this next chapter.
