Christmas pageant shifts to Zoom
Join Champlain Valley Unitarian Universalist Society via Zoom at cvuus.org on Saturday, Dec. 19, at 4 p.m., for cuteness, chaos, costumes and Christmas cheer with a UU spin. Come be part of the joyful story with Mary, Joseph, shepherds, sheep, angels, animals, wise people and stars. Anyone can play any part — no limits based on gender, age, size or anything else. Put together your own costumes (extra points for virtual/physical backgrounds) and just show up. Take part or just watch and sing along with the traditional carols. Ends with candle lighting and singing Silent Night. Led by Director of Religious Exploration, Poppy Rees. For more info email [email protected]. A recording of the pageant will be broadcast afterward and on Sunday, Dec. 20, 10 a.m.
