Letter to the editor: We must never forget our Addison County veterans

The recent death of Roger Layn reminds me once again of what we owe him and many other World War II veterans. Roger Layn, Francis Angier, Jim Bouvier, Jane Griffis, Fred Jackman, Ralph Jackman, Eleanor Humiston, Ted Ringer, Pat Little, Leonard Roberge, etc…
They and many others gave several years of their lives for our freedom. And many gave their whole lives. We must never forget them.
