Brown joins CSAC as compliance officer

ANDREW BROWN

MIDDLEBURY — The Counseling Service of Addison County (CSAC) has appointed Andrew Brown as the agency’s Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer.
Before joining CSAC, Brown was a program manager for Housing Vermont. Prior to that, he served as operations manager for Vermont Student Assistance Corporation’s (VSAC) Career and Educational Outreach Department. His dedication to community building and serving disadvantaged Vermonters is reflected in being awarded Vermont Business Magazine’s Rising Star award in 2015.
Brown earned a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska and is a graduate of the Snelling Center for Government’s Vermont Leadership Institute, class of 2019. He currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the Village of Essex Junction, Vt.
“The level and number of skills Andrew brings to this critical position, as well as his dedication to community service, will benefit CSAC enormously. We are excited to have him here.” said Rachel Lee Cummings, Executive Director.
