LEICESTER — Town Clerk Julie Delphia reminds residents that dogs are to be registered by April 1. An up-to-date rabies certificate is needed. The cost is $11 for an altered dog, $15 for unspayed/un-neutered dog. A rabies clinic will be held at the Leicester Town Office on Tuesday, March 17, from 5-6 pm. The price for the immunization at the clinic is $15. The Town Office will be open so you can simultaneously register your dog.
