Milton rallies past Eagle boys’ basketball
BRISTOL — Visiting Milton came back against the Mount Abraham Union High School boys’ basketball team on Friday night to win, 60-47.
The Eagles took a 29-19 lead into the locker room at halftime, but the Yellowjackets outscored them, 21-9, in the third period and then hit 11 of 14 free throws in the fourth quarter to seal the win. Kyle Brown scored 18 points to lead Milton.
Liam Kelliher paced the 2-4 Eagles with 17 points, and Quincy Cook and Griffin Paradee added 10 apiece.
Mount Abe will host Missisquoi on Wednesday and visit Vergennes on Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
