Weybridge to host Chicken Pie Supper
WEYBRIDGE — One can tell that summer is truly over when the Weybridge Congregational Church hosts its annual Chicken Pie Supper. Well, autumn will arrive by next Tuesday, Sept. 17, when the church will welcome guests at 2790 Weybridge Road for the annual harvest meal.
Dinner will include the church’s celebrated chicken pie, made by locally renowned caterer Martha Winant, mashed potatoes and squash, salad, a variety of side dishes, and, of course, apple and pumpkin pies. As organizers say, “No one leaves hungry!”
Seatings will be at 5:30 and 7 p.m. Tickets cost $15 for adults and $6 for children age 10 and younger Reservations are required. Reserve a place at the table and get more information by calling Arlinda Wickland at 802-545-2246.
