Otter Valley field hockey blanks Colonels
BRATTLEBORO — The Otter Valley Union High School field hockey team opened on Friday with a 4-0 win over host Brattleboro.
Morgan LaPorte scored twice for the Otters, Alia Edmunds contributed a goal and set up both LaPorte strikes, and Brittney Jackson opened the scoring for OV.
OV goalie Ellie Ross made one save, while two Brattleboro keepers combined for 22 stops.
OV will host 2018 Division II finalist Burr & Burton on Tuesday.
