Register by Oct. 9 for bridge classes at Bixby Library
VERGENNES — For anyone who ever wanted to learn how to play Bridge, Bixby Library will be hosting a free eight-week Bridge Workshop for beginner players or those who are a bit rusty and want to get back into practice. Those interested must register by Oct. 9. A minimum of 10 people is needed to run the program, so bring friends along.
Teacher Louise Acker is an experienced teacher and player. After completing the course, players can join us the weekly bridge gatherings at Bixby every Monday from 1-4 p.m. — or start a bridge club of their own.
