A community potluck is scheduled for Thursday, April 25, at 5 p.m., at Burnham Hall and will go until the food runs out. Bring something to share if you would like.

Will Wallace-Gusakov has spent much of his life designing, building and restoring wooden structures in and outside of Vermont. Recently, the seasoned woodworker has found himself newly inspired after completing a once-in-a-lifetime project.  

5 Town Friends of the Arts presents The Winter into Spring Musical Library Tour. On Thursday, April 18, at 7:30 p.m. Sam Kuhns will be performing a free acoustic concert at the Lincoln Library.

An eclipse party will be held at the library on Monday, April 8, from 3 to 4 p.m. If the weather cooperates, viewers will see the shadow of the moon completely over the sun. The celebration will feature eclipse themed games, activities and snacks.

Temperatures hovered just below freezing outside the Lincoln Community School this past Thursday, March 21, but those gathered inside the building were kept plenty warm with the sights, smells and sounds of sunny Querétaro, Mexico. 

Melissa “Brooke” King, a Burlington resident, is assistant principal of Colchester’s Mallets Bay School, a third- through fifth-grade elementary school of around 465 students. 

The United Church of Lincoln will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt on the Weathervane lawn at 10 a.m., sharp, on Saturday, March 23. Participants should bring their own basket or bag and meet on the church steps by 9:45 a.m. as the hunt will start on time. … (read more)

Lincoln School District officials have begun their search for a new administrator to lead the Lincoln Community School, as longtime principal Tory Riley will step down from the position at the end of this school year.
