What was the American Revolution like in Vermont? Not only were there Revolutionary War battles and soldiers from both sides in Vermont, but there was an internal Revolution for Vermont independence at the same time. This presentation will showcase how the American Revolution affected everyday Vermonters and resulted in the Independent State of Vermont. This talk supplements our new museum exhibit: Choices and Changes: the Early People of Monkton.
