LESA (HOBBS) PRATT

BRANDON — Lesa (Hobbs) Pratt of Brandon, Vt., passed away peacefully at Rutland Regional Hospital Jan. 28, 2025. at the age of 62 years. She was born June 15, 1962, to Stewart Sr. and Brenda Hobbs. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, John Pratt.

She will be lovingly remembered by her two sons, Micah and Darcy Pratt of East Middlebury and Andrew Pratt of Cornwall; her daughter, Emily Pratt of Hartland; her two grandsons and the special loves of her life, Crosby and Marley, also of Hartland; her sister, Debbie and husband Kevin Williams of Cornwall; and three brothers, Chuck (Stewart Jr.) and Jill Hobbs of Cornwall, Gary and Christine Hobbs of New Haven, and Tom and Jen Hobbs of Forest Dale.

Lesa was an assistant educator at the Brandon Training School, Mary Hogan School, and later at Otter Valley in the Special education classroom before moving to the Hannaford Career Center, where she would spend the next 20 years working again with kids with special needs. She especially loved to garden, growing all different kinds of flowers, but her favorites were the lilacs that bloomed in spring.

Her funeral will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 28 Dow Farm Lane, Middlebury at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.◊
