Carl Guy Booska, 62, of Vergennes

CARL GUY BOOSKA

VERGENNES — Carl Guy Booska passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Aug. 1, 2024, at Rutland Regional Medical Center.

Carl was born on March 28, 1962, in Munich, Germany on a United States Army base. In 1970 he moved to Vergennes with parents Earl and Virgie and all his siblings. Carl attended Vergennes Union Elementary and Vergennes Union High School. He was a dedicated member of the Vergennes Area Rescue squad. Carl enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger years. He absolutely loved spending time with family, especially his granddaughter Kenzley.

Carl was predeceased by parents, Earl and Virgie, and brother Samual. He is survived by his son, Matthew (Bailey) Booska of Salisbury; granddaughter Kenzley; brothers Edward (Tina) Booska of Vergennes, Ora J. (Sue) Booska of Bristol, Earl (Darlene) Booska of Bristol; sisters Tracey (Tim) Booska-Moulton of Vergennes, Penny (Jim) Schill of Toledo, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at the Middlebury Legion on Aug. 13, from 4 to 7 p.m. All are welcome to attend. ◊
