JANIS LAMPLEY

RUTLAND — Janis Lampley passed away on July 15, 2024, in Rutland, Vt., at the age of 87.

Jan was born in Washington State in June of 1937. She was known for her love of cooking, and sense of humor, and enjoyed playing cards with friends. Jan was married to Jack A. Lampley for 58 years. Together they had two daughters.

Jan is survived by daughters Julie Noel and Laurie Scott, their spouses Jeff Noel and Marshall Scott, and her grandchildren Amanda Noel, Ian Noel, Raymond Scott, and Pedro Scott.

Jan was preceded in death by her husband Jack, and her parents George Lawrence and Jewell Welborn Lawrence.

Jan will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but reunited with those who have gone before.◊
