ARPA grant to help Collins treat wastewater

An American Rescue Plan Act grant of $829,409 awarded by the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation jointly to Collins Aerospace and the city of Vergennes will ease the Panton Road firm’s burden on the city’s wastewater system.
