Lincoln news for Oct. 22

LINCOLN — The MAUSD Food Cooperative has announced that all students attending school can enjoy free breakfast and lunch every day for the 2020-2021 school year. These free meals are for hybrid learners, remote learners and other children 18 years old and younger. There are three pickup options available. The 2-day weekend meal pack contains two breakfasts and two heat and eat entree meals for each child. The 3-day hybrid meal pack includes three breakfasts and three heat and eat entrees for each child. The 5-day meal pack includes five breakfasts, three heat and eat entrees and two cold deli entree meals for each child. 
Drive-through pick up happens rain or shine on Wednesdays from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Mt. Abraham Union High School. Pre-ordering is requested. Please contact [email protected] for more information or to place your order.
REMINDER
The 5-Town Food Drive is Saturday, Oct. 24 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Lincoln Fire Department. All non-perishable food and toiletry donations benefit the Have-A-Heart Food Shelf. Cash/check donations are welcomed and appreciated. Please join your neighbors in helping to fill the firehouse and make a difference in our community. Thank you!
