BRISTOL — Arthur William Butler, 97, of Bristol passed away on Monday, May 4, 2020, surrounded by family.
He was born on April 4, 1923, at home in Starksboro, Vt., (Little Ireland).
He was an avid hunter, dairy farmer and carpenter.
He is survived by his sons William (Sue) and their children, Ryan (Brandi), Meagan (Masaki) and great-grandson Jonathan, all of Montana; David (Mary) and their children, Joshua (Cathy) and Shawna of Vermont; Paul (Deb) of Montana; James of Bristol; Richard (Sara) of Pennsylvania and their children, Casey (Shayna) of Montana and Cody, also of Pennsylvania.
Arthur was predeceased by his siblings, Dorothy, Harold, Lawrence, Ralph and Bertha.
