Charles “Ed” Chamberlain, 89, of Ferrisburgh

FERRISBURGH — Charles “Ed” Chamberlain passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2019, at his home in Ferrisburgh.
Ed was born on June 15, 1930, the son of Marion and Charles Chamberlain.
He was employed by Simmonds Precision in Vergennes as a tool and die maker and retired after 35 years.
Ed loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping and fishing.
He married Mary Bolio, who predeceased him in 1988.
He is survived by daughter Claudia Marsh of Vergennes, grandchildren Jessica Kimball and Jason Marsh and great- grandchildren Devon, Casey, Jordan and Tyler Kimball.
No calling hours will be held and interment will be in the spring at the family’s convenience. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Homeward Bound — Addison County’s Humane Society, 236 Boardman Street, Middlebury, Vt.◊
