Monkton news for Nov. 21

It’s time for the annual Holiday Bazaar, hosted by the Monkton Friends Methodist Church, to be held on Saturday, Nov. 23, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is the time of year that you can get those wonderful, fresh homemade donuts (a tradition that goes back over 30 years). The delicious bake sale items will satisfy your sweet tooth, featuring lots of goodies along with a large assortment of hand-made chocolates that are ‘oh so good.’  Local crafters will show their wide variety of novelties at the craft sale.  There will be also be a lunch of hot soups and sandwiches available as well as dinner-to-go options.  Come and enjoy the food, crafts and conversation.  For more information call Marilyn at 453-5192.
