BRISTOL — Richard Ketchledge, 63, of Bristol, died at 11:15 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019, in his home.
He was born Jan. 22, 1956, in Palmer, Mass., the son of Edward Ketchledge Sr. and Clara Rossi.
After high school he worked in various jobs, including landscaping, cooking and carpentry. He moved to Vermont in the early 1980s, where he worked in carpentry mastering his skills. 
He is survived by his son Arthur (Noah) Ketchledge of Woodbridge, Va., and his daughter, Maria Gadue of Bristol, Vt.; sisters Joyce Fritz of Las Vegas, N.V. and Carol Bell of Pataskala, Ohio; brother Edward Ketchledge Jr. of San Diego, Calif.; and four grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents.
A scattering of his ashes ceremony will be held in the spring.
