MIDDLEBURY — William Parker Marks Sr., 88, of Middlebury, died at home on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019, at 4:30 a.m.
William was born in Speed, N.C., on Dec. 10, 1930, to William Ezra Marks and Margaret Elizabeth Parker. The Rev. Marks was a retired Episcopal priest. He is survived by his wife Deborah Gist Marks, a son, a daughter and three stepsons.
A memorial service for the Rev. Marks will be held on Saturday, Oct. 19, at 2:30 p.m., at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church on the green in Middlebury. The Rev. Larry Yarbrough will preside.
