SHOREHAM — Melissa Raymond, 68, of Shoreham, Vt., passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2019. Born in Port Chester, N.Y., Melissa was the fifth child of William V. Raymond Sr. and Jean Raymond (Fehrs). 
Melissa was artistically creative, brilliantly funny, and greatly interested in physical sciences. She enjoyed music, traveling, and was an avid Red Sox fan. Recently she went to London to see her beloved team play. Melissa loved all animals, and feeding wild birds was a favorite hobby.
Melissa is survived by her nine siblings:  Pamela Raymond, Jean (Robert) Blaser, Kathryn Nessen, Sherrill Given, William V. (Angela) Raymond Jr., Corey (Garrett) Anger, Michael (Amy) Raymond, Abigail (Robert) Crosby and John (Pascale) Raymond, M.D.  She also leaves an uncle, Arthur S. Raymond, and a host of nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, cousins and friends.
