MUHS dancers net thirds at BFA

ST. ALBANS — The Middlebury Union High School dance team posted solid results at a Saturday competition hosted by BFA-St. Albans.
The Tigers finished third out of eight teams in the Hip Hop discipline, trailing only Mount Mansfield and Lamoille.
MUHS took fourth out of eight teams in Jazz, losing a tiebreaker for third place with South Burlington. MMU and Lamoille again ran 1-2.
Next up for the Tiger dance team is the NVAC championship competition this Saturday at South Burlington at 1 p.m. Vergennes Union High School will host the state championship competition on Feb. 23.
