In November and December the library will be featuring local artist Brenda Myrick in a show called Moving Forward.
Brenda’s source of inspiration was a time when her mother painted at the kitchen table. It turned out to be a lasting inspiration as she went on to study Studio Art and Art Education at UVM. Since then Brenda has enjoyed capturing the spirit of animals and the landscape she grew up in. On display will be watercolors and pastels of Addison County. Original watercolor barrettes and earrings will be available for purchase.
SAVE THE DATE: There will be no school Monday, Nov. 19 through Friday, Nov. 23.
