CASTLETON — Seven area high school senior football players have been selected to play in the 18th annual North-South Senior All-Star Football Game, which will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, at Castleton University.
From Middlebury Union High School, Spencer Cadoret, Wyatt Cameron, Simon Fischer and Josh Kerr were selected to suit up for the South Team.
Otter Valley’s Tyler Rowe and Dylan Mackie are set to join the Tigers on the South squad, and Mount Abraham-Vergennes player Kevin Pearsall was chosen for the North team.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students, and will be available at the gate starting an hour prior to game time. All proceeds benefit the scholarship and grant programs of the Vermont Chapter of the National Football Foundation.
All 31 Vermont high school football programs are represented on the rosters, which are subject to change prior to the game. Head coaches are St. Johnsbury’s Rich Alercio for the North, and Windsor’s Greg Balch for the South.
