A wolf in sheep’s clothing. This is a phrase that keeps running through my mind after reading a Vermont Digger article on Republicans recruiting candidates as independents in Democrat-leaning districts to make it more palatable. So we have two “independents” for whom a Republican governor sponsors a fundraiser.
Who are we kidding? Why the smoke and mirrors?
We have right in front of us a senator who has worked diligently and accomplished real work in the farm and food industry creating new businesses and jobs. He is an advocate for clean energy, water and in all areas creating a better economy with over $100 million in new revenue for our state.
With Chris Bray’s record and integrity, the clarity of choice is obvious. We need to keep Chris Bray for continued progress that we require for Vermont.
