SOUTH BURLINGTON — Every year hundreds of Vermont students participate in the Governor’s Institutes of Vermont (GIV). The institutes provide intensive, hands-on learning experiences for young people on college campuses across the state, allowing them to dig into a topic they are passionate about, experience life on a college campus, and make new friends.
This year, 406 Vermont high school students graduated from the 11 summer GIV institutes, including these students from across Addison County:
