IPJ welcomes new marketing director
MIDDLEBURY — IPJ Real Estate in Middlebury has announced the addition of Marketing Director Polly Raine.
Managers at the boutique firm said that the company, along with its buyers and sellers, will benefit from an individual devoted to increasing and enhancing the presence of its team, and the real estate that it represents in Addison County and beyond.
Raine graduated from the University of Vermont in 1995, and earned her master’s degree from Goddard College in 2010. She brings years of marketing experience, along with talents in photography, videography, copywriting, staging and graphic design. She also brings a well-rounded aesthetic and broad understanding of the marketplace, through work experience in the fields of architecture, construction, real estate, and fine and performing arts.
Raine said she is committed to the unique brand that IPJ Real Estate developed since its founding in 2006 by Ingrid Punderson Jackson. IPJ’s reputation continues under current owner/broker Amey Ryan; its three additional full-time, brokers Sarah Peluso, Beth Stanway and Courtney Houston DeBisschop; along with office manager Karen James. Now a team of six with Marketing Director Polly Raine, the IPJ team is primed to serve its communities’ real estate needs in 2018.
