Burnham Hall welcomes musicians Patti Casey and Tom McKenzie
Patti Casey and Tom McKenzie will perform for the Burnham Music Series, at Burnham Hall in Lincoln, on Saturday, Jan. 13. Casey is an award winning songwriter, and McKenzie’s banjo and voice are a perfect compliment. As the two musicians weave their way through the many styles of traditional based songs and tunes, you’ll find your toes tapping and a smile on your face.
While traveling all lower 48 states, both Casey and McKenzie have performed for schools, private parties and community halls, bringing great tunes and polished harmonies to appreciative audiences. They will happily make any event shine or charm any audience with their banjo, guitar, hammered dulcimer, flute, keyboard, ukulele, seated clogging and fine humor. Audiences hear everything from French Canadian dance tunes, to Tin Pan Alley, to Old Time Country, to their own impressive originals.
Tickets are $10 for adults, and free for teens and children. Doors open at 7 p.m., the show begins at 7:30. Refreshments will be served. For more information, call (802) 388-6863.
