MIDDLEBURY — The arrival of winter brings with it the ACTR ski season shuttle and holiday schedules. ACTR kicks off its Snow Bowl shuttle’s daily ski season schedule on Saturday, Dec. 16. The ski season weekday schedule will offer six runs Mondays thru Thursdays and eight runs on Fridays. The ski season weekend schedule will offer six runs on both Saturdays and Sundays.
The Snow Bowl Shuttle connects Middlebury to Rikert Nordic Center and the Middlebury College Snow Bowl via East Middlebury. Regular fare on the shuttle is $1 each way. Reduced fare is 50 cents each way for those aged 6-17, 60 and over, or ADA eligible. Monthly passes for January and/or February are now available for purchase in addition to the 10-ride passes that are available year-round. Middlebury College students with valid ID can ride the Snow Bowl shuttle fare-free thanks to support from their Student Government Association.
For the holidays, the ACTR offices will be closed and all bus service will be suspended on Christmas Day, Monday, Dec. 25. On New Year’s Day, the Snow Bowl shuttle will be the only bus running and the ACTR offices will be closed. For more schedule information visit actr-vt.org or call 802-388-ACTR(2287).
