Melanie Dunn hired as new director of The Residence at Otter Creek
MIDDLEBURY — Melanie Dunn has joined The Residence at Otter Creek in Middlebury as its new executive director.
The business, owned and operated by LCB Senior Living LLC, offers independent, assisted and memory care assisted living for local seniors.
Dunn has 12 years of experience in management within the healthcare and senior living industries. She has served in several managerial roles throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont. Prior to her role with Otter Creek, she was business office director of the Arbors of Bedford, a memory care assisted living community in Bedford, N.H.
The Residence at Otter Creek offers “Independent Living” residences with private apartments that include a kitchenette and bath, “Assisted Living” residences that provide assistance with the daily living activities, and Reflections Memory Care services for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments.
