Raiders too much for Otter football

BRANDON — Visiting U-32 pulled away in the second half of a game in Brandon this past Saturday to take a 47-14 Division II victory over the Otter Valley Union High School football team.
The Raiders improved to 2-1 as the rebuilding Otters dropped to 0-3.
The Raiders took a 27-0 lead as Logan Wolf tossed a 40-yard touchdown pass to Daniel Green, and Logan Wedge, Austin Bressett and Hayden Roberge ran for scores.
The Otters cut the lead to 27-14 at the half on a 3-yard Dylan Mackie run and a 54-yard pass from Tyler Rowe to Payson Williams.
But the Raiders got second-half scores from Wedge, Bressett and Ian Voyer to cement the win.
The Otters visit Bellows Falls on Friday night.
