Workshop offers tips on starting a business

MIDDLEURY — Where do you begin when starting your own business?
The Vermont Small Business Development Center (VtSBDC) and Addison County Economic Development Corp. are sponsoring a workshop designed to answer entrepreneurs’ questions.
“Starting Your Own Business” will be held Tuesday, July 25, noon – 4 p.m. at the VtSBDC second-floor conference room, 1590 Route 7 South, Suite 8, in Middlebury.
Participants will learn how to start their own business with presenter Brian DeClue, Rutland/Addison County Business Advisor with the VtSBDC.
The cost is $129, which includes a start-up workbook, handouts and access to 20 online courses in money, marketing and management. Space is limited. Register online at tinyurl.com/ybkas7f4.
