MIDDLEBURY — LCB Senior Living LLC, owner and operator of The Residence at Otter Creek in Middlebury, recently hired Jeremy Rattah as the community’s Culinary Services Director.
Rattah has many years of experience within the culinary services industry. He has served in several roles, including chef of several high-end restaurants in the Pittsburgh, Pa., area and culinary director of several hospitality facilities. Rattah is also experienced in management within the culinary services industry, with extensive experience in culinary and catering management of operations.
