Ralph Myhre holds men’s member golf tourney

MIDDLEBURY — The duos of Chris Prickitt and Allen Smith and Robert Kirkpatrick and Russell Leng were the top “Gold Flight” winners this past Saturday and Sunday at Ralph Myhre Golf Course’s annual men’s Member-Member Tournament.
Prickitt and Smith claimed the Low Gross title, while Kirkpatrick and Leng won the Low Net championship. 
Finishing second in the Gold Flight Low Gross competition were Donald Dayton and Bernie Andrews, while Bert Phinney and George Wendel came in third. 
Taking second in the Gold Flight Low Net battle were Mike Bordeleau and Robert Smith, with Russ Reilly and Jeff Stetson finishing third. 
The White Flight Low Gross winning Low Gross duo was Dale White and Ray Kelton, with Jeff Maier and Steve Maier taking second place. Brian Sperry and Mark Gagne posted the best Low Net score in the White Flight. 
The tournament’s closest-to-the-pin winners on Hole No. 12 were Neil Mackey, 9 feet, 2.5 inches on Saturday, and Allen Smith, 7 feet, 3 inches on Sunday. 
In regular Thursday Bill Davidson Men’s Golf on July 6, the trio of Dayton Wakefield, Mackey and Frank Punderson prevailed, with Reilly, George Ramsayer and Stetson in second and Joe Thilbourg, Ron Kowalski and John Davis in third. Davis posted the day’s best low net score. 
In the Friday Evening Golf Mixer on July 7, the winning foursome was Josh Girard, Dave Wimett, Bill Charron and Joan Guertin. Taking second was the quartet of Jim Hadeka, Deb Hadeka, Wes Smith and Bill LaBerge.
