No shortage of fireworks this July 4

Independence Day is a time to celebrate the birth of our nation. For many, the best way to do that is to watch some fireworks. Here is a listing of some places to see fireworks in the area in the coming week, displays start at dusk, weather pending:
Thursday, June 29
Middlebury College athletic fields behind the Mahaney Center for the Arts, in conjunction with the Sheldon Museum’s 25th annual Pops Concert.
Saturday, July 1
Park Village off Route 7 north of the village of Brandon, in conjunction with Independence Day celebration in Brandon.
Monday, July 3
Bristol Recreation Fields in conjunction with the Fourth of July eve festivities in Bristol.
Vergennes Union High School athletic fields, with music by the Vergennes City Band.
