Business development forum offered on June 27

MIDDLEBURY — Local and state business professionals will offer their insights and expertise to business owners at the Addison County Economic Development Corporation’s free Business and Financial Assistance Forum in Middlebury later this month.
Those who participate in the Tuesday, June 27, forum will learn about alternative financing and other technical resources to help their businesses grow. There will be 90 minutes of panel discussion followed by 30 minutes provided for individual meetings between providers and business owners.
The forum will take place 8:30 to 11 a.m. Middlebury town offices at 77 Main St.
Panelists signed up include:

•  Don Paul, Vermont Manufacturing Extension Center.
•  John Young, Vermont Training Program.
•  Sandy Croft, Vermont Economic Development Authority.
•  Chris Anderson, Vermont Agricultural Credit Corporation.
•  Joanne Spaulding, Vermont Procurement Technical Assistance Center.
•  Chris LaPierre, National Bank of Middlebury.
•  Brian DeClue, Vermont Small Business Development Center.
•  Susan Mazza, Small Business Administration.
•  Becca Schrader,  Vermont Community Loan Fund.
•  Maggie Fox, Community Capital of Vermont.
Although the event is free of charge, those who wish to participate are asked to register online at addisoncountyedc.org/register/1246.
