Well, as evidenced by the mean-spirited, ignorant and hateful decision by the Repugnantan Party’s attempt to gut the Affordable Health Care Act with the bogus “American HCA,” or better known as Trumpcare, all I can say is what a bunch of losers!
Giving huge breaks to the wealthy by cutting back and drastically increasing the cost of health care that many of us depend on is criminal. I think that everyone who calls themself a Republican that supports this effort and the buffoon / ignoramus in the White House is complicit in this.
Turn out these elected officials in 2018 and take back our country! Start with our local enablers like my Vermont Rep. Fred Baser, who claims not to support Trump, but won’t even come out publicly to criticize him. He tells me that “He’s your president now.” Wow, what a statement. He and his party can’t even support funding to help clean up our waterways and Lake Champlain.
That said, I’m proud of our congressional delegation, Sens. Sanders and Leahy, and Rep. Welch, as well as Angelo Lynn of this paper, for consistently speaking out on this fake president and the lame Republicans.
