Eliza Eaton joins a Bristol-area real estate firm

BRISTOL — The Real Estate Company of Vermont recently hired Realtor Eliza Benton as a new salesperson specializing in residential property in Addison and southern Chittenden counties.
“We are honored to have Eliza join our growing agency. Danelle (Birong) and I feel that Eliza brings a positive energy that our customers and clients will appreciate as well as extensive knowledge of Addison County,” said Jill Fraga, Broker/Owner of The Real Estate Company of Vermont, which is located on Main Street in Bristol.
“I am thrilled to be working with Jill and Danelle,” Benton said. “Real estate feels like a natural fit and I appreciate the fresh approach to how they work with clients, the alternative marketing solutions offered (by the company), and I look forward to sharing their vision of a modern real estate agency here in Addison County and beyond.”
Benton, a sixth-generation Vermonter and graduate of American University in Washington, D.C., moved to Colorado to experience big mountain living before Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains beckoned her home. She has spent the last decade in the restaurant industry honing her customer service and multi-tasking skills. Currently, she is a member of the Vergennes Partnership board as well as a volunteer for the Bixby Library and the Vergennes Opera House. Benton and her husband live in Vergennes and have two dogs — Beach and Noodle.
The Real Estate Company of Vermont is available at 802-453-6161 or online at theRealEstateCompanyVT.com or facebook.com/TheRealEstateCompanyVT.
