RUTLAND — A Federal indictment issued last week against Alyssa Grace, 20, listed her a Brandon resident, but it is unclear what her association with Brandon is.
According to her Facebook page, Grace is originally form Bristol and attended Mount Abe Union High School. Her last known address was Conway Terrace in Forestdale, which is considered Brandon. But Brandon Police Chief Chris Brickell said Monday that a check of her record indicates that Grace has been living in and around Rutland for the last three years.
Brickell said that Brandon police have only had one interaction with Grace, and that was at the Conway Terrace address in 2014, when they assisted the state Department for Children and Families with removing Grace’s child from the premises because Grace was a know drug user.
Brickell said Grace had 14 interactions with police in 2016 and five more this year and they have all been in Rutland. He said she has been charged previously with theft, disorderly conduct, retail theft and in January of this year, possession of heroin.
