Technology for Tomorrow hosts tech workshop, Jan. 24
MIDDDLEBURY — Need computer help? Volunteers from the nonprofit Technology for Tomorrow are hosting a free technology workshop at the Residence at Otter Creek on Tuesday, Jan. 24, from 3:30-5 p.m.
All are welcome.
Instructors at this workshop will cover: making and answering phone calls using cell phones and iPads, sending and reading texts, syncing email, accessing the internet, setting up wifi, downloading and using apps, and navigating your smartphone or tablet.
Bring your smartphone or tablet and your questions. Don’t have a smartphone or tablet? Come to this workshop if you are interested in learning more about the options available and determine which device might be best for you.
Those who will take part but don’t live at the Residence at Otter Creek are asked to register for this workshop by emailing [email protected] or calling (802) 448-0595.
The Residence at Otter Creek (formerly called the Lodge at Otter Creek) is at 350 Lodge Road in Middlebury — passed the middle school on the right.
